Email Support
Setting up your email with Outlook Express:
Open outlook express.
Click on "file" in the upper left hand corner.
Go down to "identities" go over and click on "add new
identity."
Put in your name.
Put your desired display name.
Enter your E-mail address.
Make sure pop3 is selected.
Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers
"mail.yourdomain.com" or "yourdomain.com"
For the Account name put your full E-mail address "yourname@yourdomain.com"
Enter the password for your Email account.
Click finish and your done.
Setting up your email with Outlook xp (2002):
Open Outlook
Click on "tools" in the upper left hand corner.
Then select "Add a new e-mail account." Click next.
Select "POP3" as your option and click next.
Enter your name and email address under "User Information."
Under "Server Information," list your incoming and outgoing
email servers as either "mail.yourdomain.com" or
"mail.yourdomain.com"
Under "Logon Information," put your username as your FULL
email address, "you@yourdomain.com," click remember password if
you choose to. You may also choose to test the settings.
DO NOT check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication
(SPA)." Click Next.
Choose Finish and your email is now set up!
Email Troubleshooting:
Question: I get a error stating my password is wrong, what do I
do?
Answer: Double check your information and retype your password,
making sure caps lock is NOT on. If you continue to get this
error, completely recreate your profile in Outlook (Or Outlook
Express).
If you still encounter problems, try logging on through our web
mail feature.
